Darrian Gerard, a Canadian Pop-Rock virtuoso, crafts her own musical universe from the depths of her home studio in a small town in British Columbia, Canada. From learning guitar at 7 years old to seamlessly embracing bass, piano, drums, and vocals, Gerard's multi-instrumental prowess defines her artistry as she writes, records, and produces all of her own music. 

 

Initiating her professional journey in 2021 with the release of "I Don't Need Anyone", Gerard has since unveiled 6 more singles, garnering attention through blog features, radio plays, and international press. Her anthemic pop-rock sound draws inspiration from luminaries like Avril Lavigne, blink-182, Halsey, and Taylor Swift.

 

The much anticipated EP, "Basement Stadium", dropped February 10th, 2023 supported by Creative BC's Career Development grant as she was among 17.8% of recipients. "Basement Stadium" made waves on radio shows such as 103.7 MIX FM, AB, college radio, consistent airplay on commercial radio, surpassed over 200k streams on Spotify and notably, her single "Old Wounds" ascended to #34 on the UK Alternative iTunes Chart, marking a stellar milestone in her musical journey.
